Reality Roasters Coffee Company is a privately run company based in Central Minnesota. Our philosophy is based on customer satisfaction and quality control. We pride ourselves on our high quality of green beans; we maintain consistency during the roasting process; by keeping our overhead costs low, we are able to offer a superior product at a price our customers can appreciate.

At Reality Roasters we are committed to the importance of fresh roasted coffee, which is why we roast coffee in small batches and can have coffee beans available within minute’s right from our very own roaster. This freshness is evident the moment you open one of our one-way-valve, heat sealed bags. There is no substitute for fresh beans.

Our business has expanded over the past eight years, despite the tough economic climate. We continue to grow our retail and commercial clients, almost exclusively through word of mouth.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed the same day. We roast usually every other day and will send coffee out the same day. Orders in the five state area (MN, ND, SD, IA, WI, and Parts of IL & NE) are delivered by Spee Dee and arrive in most locations the very next day! For out of the five state area, we ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders usually arrive within three-four days.

Commercial Accounts - We Customize to Your Specifications

We can customize any order over 5 pounds. Bean selection (blends) and roast profiles can be developed after a consultation with our Roastmaster. Commercial accounts and pricing schedules are available by mail. Please call Nathan at (320)631-0050 or by email to discuss the options available to you.
